I went out for a family dinner - saw and aunt and uncle I haven't seen for years and years and had a nice Italian meal and some great wine. Then had a few more when I got home. Just a little rough this morning.

it had wee lamb meatballs on it, basil leaves, mozarella, capers and some shavings of saucisson. deeeeeelish.
and i discovered that the neff oven i treated myself to can manage 290C.
that's seriously hot for a domestic oven and helps produce fantastic pizza.
