The weekly Netto mag\advert thingy has just come through the door!
I always look forward to this and reading of the incredible money saving offers therein.
What weekly non-event has you moistening with excitement?

with all the catalogue / brochures of idiotically priced bargain offers. I always think 'Wow, 2 kilos of coffee for only thruppence ha'penny and 100 bog rolls for a fiver', find they've run out by the time I get there and come away with a box of wine costing £12.99.

*Sigh*.
Waiting for the bus is a social event now I've retired.

and $10 off a full groom which is around $30
this has me excited
also, I think I may be able to access my book from my old hard drive and if I can I'm going to squeal with ridiculous happiness

I'd barely got firefox open for some proper big screen big keyboard browsing and posting when it powered down. Switched it back on and BANG went the power supply. :(
I'll get it replaced tomorrow but I have no idea how I'm going to fill my evening...
edit: I'm moist with sweat from mucking about under the desk - I unscrewed the power supply but looked at all the wires and decided to leave it to the professionals. Also discovered the Underdesk really needs a vacuum.

I bought some e-books a couple weeks ago.
They were fab, don't get me wrong, but apparently I wasn't looking when I went buy happy because one of them isn't being released until 2012. 2012. Fuck sake, I'm never going to remember I bought that.

Because reptiles have colder blood than mammals, this is causing the humidity to condense on my skin, hence I'm moistening.

Pets At Home today. This seems like asking for trouble to me
(, Wed 14 Jul 2010, 20:15, Reply)
It's OK. I always make sure I'm nowhere near a pet-shop when I'm exploring my latent reptilian side.

Mine is quite hilarious. The lovely brown didn't last long, and it's quite odd at the moment.
This is it as soon as it was done:

And I'm going dark again.
Any ideas on styles I should do?
(, Wed 14 Jul 2010, 20:50, Reply)
so a style that will grow out easily (layers,) plus definitely go for the fringe, it would look really pretty on you.
(, Wed 14 Jul 2010, 20:52, Reply)
It used to be really curly :(
that's a party ring in my mouth, dirtyminds
(, Wed 14 Jul 2010, 20:55, Reply)
can you do a fringe with really curly hair or would it require too much straightening on a daily basis? Because it would definitely suit you
(, Wed 14 Jul 2010, 20:57, Reply)
I'll try and find a picture of me from my curly days with a fringe. I know they exist.

you do look quite different.
I look basically as I did at sixteen, just more embittered and hardened :D
