I think tonight in going to poach smoked haddock and onions in milk, then reduce the milk, and have that on mash with a fried egg on top.

overnight, then freeze it (to kill the bacteria) and let it unfreeze slowly. Eat it like that, not cook. Better if you have a good knife and can cut it as carpaccio. Mmmmm.
