You could say that the secret ingrediant is love
but you'd be wrong. It's actually salt
(, Mon 22 Nov 2010, 12:40, Reply)
less too good for
and more never touching a chicken nugget again in my life
(, Mon 22 Nov 2010, 12:41, Reply)
ha, how many did you eat over the weekend again?

(, Mon 22 Nov 2010, 12:41, Reply)
28 :(
I feel like the grossest pig that ever walked the earth. And I'm very grateful I was sick
(, Mon 22 Nov 2010, 12:42, Reply)
that is a lot of "chicken"
fortunately no real chickens were harmed in the making of chicken mcnuggets.
(, Mon 22 Nov 2010, 12:44, Reply)
That sounds like a challange.

(, Mon 22 Nov 2010, 13:01, Reply)
This sounds like some kind of therapy in the making!

(, Mon 22 Nov 2010, 12:42, Reply)
Never say never
You want those nuggets so bad you can taste them
(, Mon 22 Nov 2010, 12:45, Reply)
You can taste them?

(, Mon 22 Nov 2010, 12:46, Reply)
Yeah, I imagine it's similar to licking a greasy ashtray
or Megan Fox
(, Mon 22 Nov 2010, 12:49, Reply)
well
you can if you are sick afterwards, eh amberl?!
(, Mon 22 Nov 2010, 12:47, Reply)
Perhaps bulimia is the way forward
twice the taste, half the calories
(, Mon 22 Nov 2010, 12:51, Reply)
I hate being sick more than I hate being fat.

(, Mon 22 Nov 2010, 12:52, Reply)
I'm all right with it
Thanks to illness I spent a lot of time with a very upset stomach, being sick a lot and after a while you get used to it. I'd just leave a book by the loo.
(, Mon 22 Nov 2010, 12:55, Reply)
i did that a bit as a teenager/young adult
and flirted a tiny bit with anorexia when i was at uni, how cliched spoiled middle class female student can you get, half my friends were at it too. lucky i recovered REALLY REALLY REALLY well, eh??

the problem is that even now it still seems like a good idea and a novel idea that nobody else has ever thought of. which is ludicrous, but the sneaking temptation is always lurking around somewhere. stupid food. why can't it all be calorie-free??
(, Mon 22 Nov 2010, 12:54, Reply)
When I was around my early thirties I lost a shit load of weight and still thought I was too big.
I had the sense of mind to realise it was all in my head but I could see how easy it would be to slip into that madness.
(, Mon 22 Nov 2010, 12:56, Reply)
I'm trying to lose weight at the minute, and skipping multiple meals unintentionally (I wake up late on weekends, and often won't eat lunch)
Add that to the fact I've stopped snacking between meals, and I'm losing a fair chunk of weight, but I've still got a long way to go.

Yes, I know this isn't a very good way of doing it, but it's working for me.
(, Mon 22 Nov 2010, 12:59, Reply)
depressingly
research is now showing that skipping a meal a day is much more effective at weightloss than the gym.

the problem is that it is impossible to maintain long term, so it all rushes back on!
(, Mon 22 Nov 2010, 13:01, Reply)
I'll be joining the gym at the end of Jan, when my finances are a little clearer

(, Mon 22 Nov 2010, 13:03, Reply)
Yeah! short term starvation just messes with your metabolism and you pile it on again when you go back to eating normally.

(, Mon 22 Nov 2010, 13:05, Reply)
Park the Pandatron but...
can someone please tell rachelswipe that she is not fat please?
(, Mon 22 Nov 2010, 13:14, Reply)
Wouldn't be any use.

(, Mon 22 Nov 2010, 13:15, Reply)
It might be
someone genuinely complimented me the other night and it was a lovely warm feeling.
Though I concede that part of me still probably thought they were lying
(, Mon 22 Nov 2010, 13:18, Reply)
Was it your mum?
That was meant as humour rather than insult btw.
(, Mon 22 Nov 2010, 13:20, Reply)
haha!
She did say I was looking well, but no, shockingly it was someone other than my mum

it was your mum
(, Mon 22 Nov 2010, 13:21, Reply)
No
I'll genuinely never eat them again. Maybe I should do this with all harmful foodstuffs
(, Mon 22 Nov 2010, 12:52, Reply)
I give it a month

(, Mon 22 Nov 2010, 12:54, Reply)
Don't think so
They revolt me (and did so even before hand. I just now have another reason to hate them)
(, Mon 22 Nov 2010, 12:57, Reply)
Kill or cure eh?
What doesnt kill you only makes you...greasier?
(, Mon 22 Nov 2010, 12:55, Reply)
