Assuming you are still alive after your nap, you should probably try to plug your light-leak then recalibrate your PMTs. And maybe get some anti-radiation meds into you, stockpile some food and isolate the lab from the atmosphere.

(a) your chemical composition may have changed
(b) whatever caused the extreme neutrino flux may have side effects (especially if it was your sun going supernova)

a supernova to saturate your neutrino detector. Especially if you're using the current ones based on underground tanks of chlorinated water

I think being in an earth orbit around sn1987a would have saturated them. Mind you, I did work this out in my head whilst in a bus on the way home from uni in (erm) 1987. Might not be completely reliable.
