if you're pregnant,
wear a badge which reads, "No, i'm pregnant".

This way i'll know to give up my seat on the train and have no fear of upsetting you.

Or alternatively
if you're fat and female, wear a badge saying 'No, I'm just fat'.

TfL
For all their other failings, TfL do actually hand out badges which say something like 'Baby on Board' or something for exactly this purpose.

Don't stress-

well...really youre giving your seat up to a pregnant woman to make her more comfortable by giving her a break from carrying all that weight. Same thing for fat people. So no special rules says I.

Oh, I'm not saying it's not a good deed either way
But the tears and blubbering (pun fully intended) in one of the cases tends to detract from the favour done.

better to make a pregnant woman stand than a fat woman cry.

Retaining water
If enough people make her bawl it might help.
