Hello. For those interested, it's RANDOMBURN time again.
I'm doing it this year, as Claire has gone AWOL.

I would very much appreciate it if someone was to create a nice picture to advertise this to go in the calendar listing (bladmonkey/donkey gums/anyone)...

You all know the score by now...

For those not interested, sorry (I'm really not).

I might take part in this

THAT'S THE SPIRIT!

*signs up*
sounds like a hoot

Although all my music is categorised on my PC and on my Muvo, so will have to do some sorting for it to be completely random
(, Fri 14 Mar 2008, 10:29, archived)
Dunt really matter really.
It's more about the sharing, innit.
(, Fri 14 Mar 2008, 10:31, archived)
fair enough
I just didn't want someone to get a CD full of only classical, rock, dance or chillout

I'll mix it up good
(, Fri 14 Mar 2008, 10:33, archived)
YAY
i look forward to sending out 5 shit cds.
(, Fri 14 Mar 2008, 10:35, archived)
YOU
Will be getting one of mine, whether you're one of my chosen five or not.
(, Fri 14 Mar 2008, 10:40, archived)
i like that.

(, Fri 14 Mar 2008, 10:48, archived)
I'll get involved in it this year
never done it before. I'm a randomburn virgin, be gentle with me.
(, Fri 14 Mar 2008, 10:26, archived)
It's very nice. And it'll be over before you even know it.

(, Fri 14 Mar 2008, 10:27, archived)

we'll have our randomburn hymens broken together
(, Fri 14 Mar 2008, 10:32, archived)
Heh!

(, Fri 14 Mar 2008, 10:35, archived)
Goodness!

(, Fri 14 Mar 2008, 10:36, archived)
I was shit last year and never sent mine out
but I will this year, along with the ones I never sent out last year
(, Fri 14 Mar 2008, 10:27, archived)

(, Fri 14 Mar 2008, 10:27, archived)

(, Fri 14 Mar 2008, 10:29, archived)
ah, I can't be arsed this year, sorry.
Plus, I'd rather not add to the list of people who have my address :)
(, Fri 14 Mar 2008, 10:29, archived)
BUT I ONLY SENT YOU MY USED PANTS TWICE.

(, Fri 14 Mar 2008, 10:30, archived)
I'M SNIFFING THEM NOW

(, Fri 14 Mar 2008, 10:31, archived)
I tried to get involved in this last time
but it was a MASSIVE fail, so I'll skip it for now, thanks
(, Fri 14 Mar 2008, 10:30, archived)
What caused the fail, sweetheart?

(, Fri 14 Mar 2008, 10:30, archived)
I sent out the CD
and got NOTHING in return.

The same happened with 90Nz0's Easter Egg exchange thing on 4rthur, I bought and packaged a Lovely KitKat egg for someone, sent it out in plenty of time and got nothing in return
(, Fri 14 Mar 2008, 10:36, archived)
Aww
Well you don't have to join in but if you want to you can gaz me your address (home, work, PO Box, whatever you prefer) and I'll send you one of mine this year.
(, Fri 14 Mar 2008, 10:38, archived)
I only got 2 cds back, too.
Sent out 5, mind.
(, Fri 14 Mar 2008, 10:38, archived)
I feel guilty now, I got 7
2 spares from friends who decided to be lovely and give me their's despite me not being on their list - likewise I sent 7.

(, Fri 14 Mar 2008, 10:35, archived)
I would, but I have relatively small music tastes.
Plus postage would be exorbitant.
(, Fri 14 Mar 2008, 10:30, archived)
56p per item x 5 = £2.80
Plus you get 5 CD's full of new music in return (in theory)
(, Fri 14 Mar 2008, 10:32, archived)
$2 per item x 5 = $10
Okay, not much. But still. Not enough variety in my music collection.
(, Fri 14 Mar 2008, 10:35, archived)
this seems relevant to my interest
how exactly do other b3tans hear said CD?
i read it, but didn't quite understand
(, Fri 14 Mar 2008, 10:31, archived)
you send it to them
in the post.
(, Fri 14 Mar 2008, 10:31, archived)

(, Fri 14 Mar 2008, 10:33, archived)
you disagree with the postal service?
what are you, some kind of weirdo?
(, Fri 14 Mar 2008, 10:34, archived)

(, Fri 14 Mar 2008, 10:36, archived)
I'm afraid to ask
but why do you disagree with the postal service?
(, Fri 14 Mar 2008, 10:35, archived)

1. you make your CD's.
2. I randomly select 5 people who will receive your CD, and email you their email addresses.
3. You email them to ask for their postal address.
4. You post them your CD.

IN THE MEANTIME

1. Five different people will be given your email address
2. They will email you to ask your postal address
3. They post you their CD's.
4. You receive 5 CD's full of lovely music.
