There's a cracking Spanish low budget sci-fi film called Timecrimes that I watched the other week.
That was excellent - a little indie horror film called The Signal was really good as well.

I'd recommend Martyrs (yet again)
but it broke some people who watched it (myself included). Check out IMDB for details.
I'd also recommend pretty much anything directed by Shane Meadows. LORD, I adore that man.
