there's a difference between writing a children's book and hoping it will be successfuland writing one following market testing and research, and brainstorming sessions where you have tried to calculate maximum appeal as if you were planning an advert for a new plastic toy. Maybe I'm just an old romantic* at heart but I think that's horrible.
