morning
please rate your hangover from one to ten
(, Thu 8 Jul 2021, 6:48, archived)
Morning
Zero. I very rarely get hangovers any more
(, Thu 8 Jul 2021, 7:10, archived)
lucky devil
actually, same here. Not what I'd qualify as a proper hangover anyway
(, Thu 8 Jul 2021, 7:14, archived)
My sister gets terrible hangovers
Which I find funny as fuck
(, Thu 8 Jul 2021, 7:22, archived)
Still drunk currently

(, Thu 8 Jul 2021, 7:32, archived)
the best way to avoid a hangover

(, Thu 8 Jul 2021, 7:34, archived)
I'll get a quick couple in at 11 ish, get to my local at 3 ish. Then bed by 9, I'll be fine

(, Thu 8 Jul 2021, 7:45, archived)

even if i'm not a great football fan, i'm defo going down the pub for the final, first major tournament international final in my lifetime? Can't miss out on a bit of that.
(, Thu 8 Jul 2021, 7:49, archived)
I've been caught up in the excitement in spite of myself, I have to admit
the entire country's going to explode if we beat the Italians
(, Thu 8 Jul 2021, 7:53, archived)
or if we don't
it also seems a much more positive tournament than i remember, all the interviews with the players seem relaxed and up beat, and there is less of the negativity slagging off various palyers at least in amongst the people i interact with that do watch the football
(, Thu 8 Jul 2021, 7:55, archived)
definitely
maybe that's why I've been feeling so upbeat about it

also I can't tell whether people are happier about reaching the final or beating the Germans
(, Thu 8 Jul 2021, 7:57, archived)
We've thrashed the germans before, counts for fuck all unless you win something. A final is a chance to win something. For football fans like myself whose club has no chance of glory ever England is my only hope of being a champion

(, Thu 8 Jul 2021, 8:06, archived)
Luton Town F.C.

(, Thu 8 Jul 2021, 8:26, archived)
One of the strangest football grounds I've ever been too . Surrounded by houses, ball gets cleared and that house gets a new football

(, Thu 8 Jul 2021, 9:46, archived)
horrible town, and the hospital is fucking miles from the train station
it's where my brother went when he had one of his seizures, not happy memories for me
(, Thu 8 Jul 2021, 10:11, archived)
glad to have reminded you of your horrible past

(, Thu 8 Jul 2021, 10:30, archived)
Luton?
POO-TOWN, MORE LIKE!
(, Thu 8 Jul 2021, 10:50, archived)
shut up please
thanks
(, Thu 8 Jul 2021, 11:32, archived)
Really
Should have seen it in Paris mate....oh no I forgot. You were having a posh meal and could not be arsed.
(, Thu 8 Jul 2021, 19:15, archived)
As a part-English Scot who isn't interested in football, I'm torn.
I want England to do well, but after a few minutes of listening to the commentators I want them to get hammered. Then I see how much their success upsets the hardcore ScotNats, and I want them to win again.
(, Thu 8 Jul 2021, 8:16, archived)
what is it about the commentators you don't like?
i was on the 5 live coverage last night and it was a nice balance.
(, Thu 8 Jul 2021, 8:21, archived)
I had ITV on.
They just get carried away, which is fair enough, but then they come out with things like "after the tough 16 months we've had, England deserves this", like England has somehow had it worse than everywhere else.

Mind you, it also annoys me when Scottish idiots come out with similar bullshit, like how a nil-nil draw against England was the best result ever, and one goal in three games was a fantastic performance.
(, Thu 8 Jul 2021, 8:32, archived)
like Windy Pig said, though, they seem less full of themselves than usual
as far as I can tell as a very casual observer
(, Thu 8 Jul 2021, 8:22, archived)
Maybe it's because it went to extra time, and I'd only built up my tolerance to 90 minutes.

(, Thu 8 Jul 2021, 8:32, archived)
me too mate, though I am looking forward to the final

(, Thu 8 Jul 2021, 8:35, archived)

Nop. All find here

(, Thu 8 Jul 2021, 8:30, archived)
how on earth did you get roped into that?

(, Thu 8 Jul 2021, 8:31, archived)

Teachers response of "yes, we established that last week, didn't we?"
makes me wish I'd been around for that.

Pleased to say we've done our classwork and the young 'un is now allowed to play lego and watch telly until lunchtime.

In a way,
aren't we all killing ourselves merely by living? Really makes you think, doesn't it?
(, Thu 8 Jul 2021, 11:10, archived)
it certainly does, I haven't thought about anything in ages, and now I'm contemplating this fresh profundity!
Thanks, TPFP!

just wondering if Queef's ex has been in holiday to Filey recently
www.thenorthernecho.co.uk/news/19426670.family-refunded-finding-crack-pipe-haven-holiday-caravan/

When exactly did the underclass start giving their children double-barrelled christian names anyway?
(, Thu 8 Jul 2021, 11:31, archived)
in holiday

(, Thu 8 Jul 2021, 11:34, archived)
Christ, that family has more surnames than the England football team.
Story certainly adds up though. Upon seeing a crack pipe, my immediate response would definitely be "the amount in there would have killed me".
(, Thu 8 Jul 2021, 11:45, archived)
full refund, plus 50% off their next booking with Haven
That's ยฃ75 in the bag, right there.
(, Thu 8 Jul 2021, 11:51, archived)
That should pay for a replacement crack pipe

(, Thu 8 Jul 2021, 11:55, archived)
Jesus, the couple are both 29 and they've got seven kids! That is some dedicated breeding.

(, Thu 8 Jul 2021, 11:55, archived)
lezzers though, so how in god's name did they end up with all those kids?

(, Thu 8 Jul 2021, 11:58, archived)
Now let's not jump to any conclusions.
It could merely be crystal meth.

some lowlives with their kid 'Blaiz' went to the local rag after finding a discarded bong in a park, what is it with these people?
