Yes — it’s Vietnamese. “Top Bán Chạy” means roughly “Best Sellers” or “Top-Selling Dishes.”

Some of these are quite local/traditional dishes, so the translations are approximate:

Lòng xào dưa — Stir-fried pork intestines with pickled mustard greens
Top mỡ sốt cà chua — Crispy pork fat cracklings in tomato sauce
Tai heo bóp chanh — Pig’s ear salad with lime/lemon dressing
Tầng sọ lợn — Pig brain / pork skull meat dish (a bit unclear, but definitely pork-head related)
Hoa lý xào thịt bò — Stir-fried daylily flowers with beef
Chim câu xào cà — Stir-fried pigeon with aubergine/eggplant
Cơm cháy kho quẹt — Crispy scorched rice with caramelised dipping sauce
