My Granddad died this morning.
Someone tell me some really crappy jokes to cheer me up?

Oh dear, sorry to hear that.
Dunno if this is the best place to hang out at a time like this but let's see. A joke. What's the difference between a cross-country run & Delia Smith? One's a pant in the country.....

Barbecue with lots of beer in a few hours.
Just wasting time until then. Thanks.

When I left home, my mum said "Don't forget to write." I thought, "That's unlikely, it's a basic skill isn't it?"

I quite liked the yank pretending to be English on the MegaCD game of Sherlock Holmes
it was going so well until he said "enquiries" to rhyme with "Inkeywaries"

You missed Ben Syder
Do any of the other versions of Sherlock Holmes have robot dinosaurs? No - hence they are inferior.
Edit: Whist we are on the subject I did rather enjoy the BBC mini series:

Having seen clips of the Asylum version
it's looks not better or worse than the Ritchie one

Having watched both of them the Richie one did nothing for me but the asylum one was hilarious.
The continuity of the dinosaur is appalling it varies from about 8ft to 20ft. Watsons waistcoat and trousers are hilariously tight. They forgot to remove the modern door intercom from 221b baker street and at one point a modern for sale sign is clearly visible. :D

I can't decide between
Jeremy Brett and Basil Rathbone. I think Brett's mood swings clinch it for me :D
