Ok, so for clarity, given the comments below!
1) Beaumont Alexander is the (fictional) protagonist of a book called The Vanity Game (see www.beaumontalexander.com) for details, published by Blasted Heath (http://blastedheath.com/?p=5720).
2) Serge is fictional Beaumont's fictional agent.
3) The post on Beaumont's *spoof* blog about this cover is a joke. The whole Beaumont blog is a joke. Pretty obviously so, no?
4) The picture is original. I made it. I'm not Beaumont, because Beaumont is fictional. I'm the publisher. It's all in jest. A spoof. Book marketing etc etc. But the pic is original, promise. Hate mail to [email protected] x

The cat looks like its claw catches a ladies jack that is probably hanging on a standard hight cloths peg, so I'd say about 4 feet give or take however much...

Close. Serge is fictional. Beaumont is fictional. The pic is original, made by me. Who am I? Kyle MacRae, the publisher behind the book in which Beaumont is the protagonist. All a bit of fun.

could it be your tutor feared the wrath of b3ta if he/she gave you poor marks ?
the threat of being ridiculed as an internet meme for all time ?
not wanting to take anything away from ur art skillz, just saying

but apparently, I was too casual in my work, when really, I should be treating it as a job.
I dunno, it seems a little counter-intuitive, being on an art and design course and all.

I didn't understand. What is the site supposed to be doing?
I kept finding dead links or this: www.hjhampson.com/2012/03/11/permanence/ where I learned that HJ Hampson is under the impression that nonetheless is three separate words.
It doesn't make me want to read his/her book - which is what I think the site is trying to do. But I'm not sure.

If you are a newbie, don't post and run; look at the havoc you have caused.
Also comment on other people's work, this is not a place to simply whore your own stuff and be silent on everything else.

This is ace and I heartily endorse the front page viewing it will receive.

Let's be very clear about this, lovely b3ta peeps.
1) Beaumont Alexander is the (fictional) protagonist of a book called The Vanity Game (see www.beaumontalexander.com) for details [EDIT - no dot in beaumontalexander]
2) Serge is his (fictional) agent.
3) The post on Beaumont's blog about this cover is a joke. The whole Beaumont blog is a spoof. Pretty obviously so.
4) The picture was made by me, Kyle, part of Blasted Heath, the publisher behind The Vanity Game, posting on here as Beaumont as part of the ongoing fun we're havign with the character. It's an original pic. I made it! Me!
Do I have to fall on a sword now?
