# eh?

# Yesterday, I sent Kellogg's this:
On the side of a packet of cereal, there is a comment referring to the
amount of the product contained within; as an example, I have here a box
of Rice Krispies. The box states ``450g This package contains 15 x30g
servings and is sold by weight, not volume.`` Grams are a measure of the
mass of an object, the amount of matter present. Weight is a force that
changes dependant on the strength of local gravity. Your packaging does
not state the weight of the product contained within and so it is
impossible to verify whether the correct amount has been provided. A
mass is given, but there is no guarantee that this is the correct value.
I believe that your packaging should be more precise in its definitions
of the contents provided within so that you avoid any possible
misunderstandings with your customers. Thank you.

That was their reply.

# I once sent a letter to Walkers complaining about them not
following the international crisp packet flavour vs colouring standards, but strangley enough, they didnt reply.
