I know its a spazz but I feel unappreciated in my genius..
OK! This is a mod of my original posting. The concept behind it is evidently lost on some people so I will remove.

It's not just the reposts, even I'm guilty of that.

It's lots of things. not like it used to be.
If peeps go back in the archives, to page 300 or so, they may get the original plan. I don't want to get stressed while i'm here, that's not what it's about, is it?

I think the problem is alot of people dont get what the board is about, it took me a while to work it out before I posted anything.
I think its sad when something thats fun ,creative and friendly like this board causes arguments and people threaten to leave.
Something needs to be addressed but I'm not sure what.

I think it's coz the boards been getting alot of press lately
(I found the place because one of the PC Gamer writers put it up as a favourite site and I was bored enough to look)
But lots of people will lose interest soon enough. I haven't been here long but I can see you're one of the main board contributors. Take a break if you really need it,

Some of us

go back thru the archives to see images we missed (we time-spazz). When people then re-post those images it does get a little annoying. A certain amount of it is inevitable (and welcomed if it fits in with a new meme or complements a new post), but today seems to have been attack to the spazzes - and people are less than happy.

Actually, everyone seems to be on edge today. Not good :-(

the problem is partly that it's hard to keep an online community both vibrant and friendly - if you're too ready to point out reposts, glass-cocking and general hummuslessness things can easily descend into popbitchery, but if you never complain the community rapidly becomes a less interesting place to be.
I can see pickle's point - I hope he comes back but I've got close to buggering off myself a few times lately.

Maybe the board

needs to have something up somewhere that says what the board is about and what it represents.
Maybe that would discorage some of the more annoying things that have been popping up recently.

I love your pics 'n stuff, and it wasn't your fault. Its just that there have been looooots of reposts recently.

If people moaned ALL the time, it would get bitchy and not-nice, but if no-one says anything, we get overrun with the things.

So, when reposting starts getting out of control, someone usually moans.
