the heads are really basic shapes done in 3ds max then stuck on to generic characers that come with poser.
the props I either made or downloaded (3dcafe.com)
its then standard key frame animation rendered as images and then exported as gifs.
and youre done.

never even looked at it. and i've started on 3dsmax and given up within 10 minutes more times than i care to mention.
learning stuff from scratch is sooo frustrating. must do it some time though- this stuff is fantastic, I'd really like to be able to do it.
