For future reference, some people round here seem to have small monitors so try and keep the width down to about 350px. 280 is ideal.

I don't believe most people on here run with less than 16" visible screen at 1024 resolution, so 800px wide should be no problem for them. I just think some people like to have rules to use as a stick to beat other people with.
