The one that was turned down was "Doctor Who and the Krikkit Men"
which became the basis for Life, The Universe and Everything. Shada was released on video with Tom Baker doing some linking about 15 years ago - and some of the unused footage from it of the Doctor and Romana punting on the Cam was used in the Five Doctors because Tom Baker refused to take part.
