Edit: 2nd also- Does anyone know whether 'jerry-rigged' is an actual term, or whether I've picked up a mispronounciation of 'jury-rigged'?
I used it yesterday and tbh it was the first time I'd really stopped to think about it, and it sounds vaguely racist to me. I tried looking up the origins and got a load of "you mean 'jury-rigged' or 'jerry-built' " :/

different issue, equally as ridiculous, but tbh I don't think I'm coming through this one, I don't have faith the company will act on facts rather than appearance and because it's an abuse issue in a care environment it means I'm out of the industry entirely should my hunch be right and the accusation gets upheld.
