Acquiesced to saying it was 'reference' long after the charges would not go away. he lifted much his early work straight from text books for students.
As I said, not got a problem with the method. Just had a bit of an issue with him making hundreds of thousands of pounds and denying all knowledge of the early claims then taking far too long to admitting to 'referencing' the material.

use of reference isn't plagiarism
it's based on a reference manual, designed for , uh, providing references.

The figures above are directly copied from
a book called "The illustrators figure reference manual".
Now I have nothing against tracing to create something, I do it all the time and post stuff on here.
I do have something against copying someone else's work, selling it for profit and then denying that it happened when faced with the proof. That's cheating.
