the other night -- last night I think -- anyway hat was in some Swedish language or something like that - it was beautiful. Who would have though the words SCREAM PIGGY could be so musical and heart warming.

I thought so
it is not frightening but it is very slowly paced (beautifully so) and the final scene is so very very good that it makes the whole film... also - it's a completely new take on a vampire film which I find endearing

Most high priced knife sets
have been counterfeited and are the sort that appear on markets in briefcases. Usually you can tell they are fake by the fact that the name and blade type is on each blade as with the original but they are a transfer that easily scratches off.

They're from a Dutch (company) cook shop, not a market, they have access to the stock and would lose their tenancy in a pretty exclusive area if they sold anything less than genuine.

I have a chef friend
who has owned restaurants for 20 years including 10 years on the Strand in London and he put me on to Sabatier knives about 15 years ago. More than capable for the professional or home use and not ridiculously overpriced. I'd be more inclined to suggest these for home use.
