Excellent!
Will I die if I eat some pasta that has been in the fridge since Monday?

Depends whats with it
the pasta itself will be fine, but if it's mixed with meat or sauce it may be a bit of a risk

is it pasta on its own or with sauce?
has it been in the fridge in an airtight container?

With a sauce - Tomato, courgettes and the like, with some goats cheese on top.
In an airtight container, yes.

it probably won't harm you if you're normally healthy - might not taste v nice though
edit: I've just realised Monday-Thursday is not 6 days - you'll be fine

If the cheese is pasturised,
I'd risk it. It sounds delicious.

They say 3 days
but it depends when on Monday you put it in the fridge.
Get it eaten.
But don't hold me responsible for any illness incurred!
If it's veggie and no meat then it's fine.

I'm a veggie :D
I just remembered I put wine in the sauce as well, surely this can only help in the preservation!

I say take it out, and nuke the plate in a microwave
it's the only way to be sure.
