I posted a drawing of Hitler with a Quicktime logo on his sleeve. People were thinking there was some secret message behind it. I used it again and again (about ten times, I just discovered) and that was that.

I had a meeting about my show last night and it's all getting a bit exciting. How did you do last night? And of course - is your bike still in one piece?

I lost 7lb this week, thanks to all the extra cycling I've been doing. Did you have yours already or are you going tonight again?

Yegads, I've just entered my weight into the tracker, I'm allowed 1 point less a day now. Not that I ever eat anywhere near the number of points I'm allowed.
