can someone post or link me to the pic of the soviet-looking fellow with the sailor hat and huge mustache, pointing at the viewer, with the word "NO" on the side? I need it. Badly.

Based on long term returns on investment, it is a winner.
As long as you remember to promote the creation
of newcannon fodder worshipers, of course.

Yes, well... to put it bluntly-- that is a load of misdirecting twaddle.
I didn't see dumb cannon fodder at Pirbright; I saw intelligent, switched-on men
and women, who knew what they were getting into and still chose to do the job.
Smart switched-on cannon fodder, or on-a-fool's-errand cannon fodder, they
all stink the same when split open by high explosives and small arms fire. Alas.

My thought precisely
whether it's their chosen career or whether they have 6 million GCSEs or not when they have their limbs and guts blow apart they will always regret their choices in life.

I know a few, and no they wouldn't.
Most soldiers are professional and know exactly what the score is.
