Then it went to Laurel on one of my phones, and then everything else.
Now it's back to Yanny.
Yanny is in the higher frequencies and Laurel is in the lower ones - clicky

But it's like the audio version of the spinning ballet dancer silhouette, and I can't find the trigger that makes me hear Laurel instead of Yanny and vice versa.

I did not let myself be programmed in advance that there was only a binary choice. I then listened to what was actually being said and interpreted it as English words as used.

As such, I hear "year me" or "Y' 'ear me?" although the inflection suggests a statement rather than a question.
