unfortunately no...
Comic Sans doesn't have a big set of characters so the rest come from Arial as fallback font

Clear example of font segregation
Surprised Trump hasn't written an executive order banning specific fonts on some risible basis. There are a lot of bad characters out there folks.

I've never met anyone in actual real life who appeared to give a shit about the existence of comic sans.
On the internet, though, apparently the world is united in hatred of it. I've always found this disconnect oddly distressing, it's as if people on the internet aren't real.

Both I and a drinking buddy detest CS,
and several years ago we both managed to convince a mutual friend who is a primary school teacher to stop using it for her teaching materials
