There is a reason that fit has multiple meanings, one being that you look sexy and another being to have good muscle tone. There are others but they are irrelevant to my point.

That, unsurprisingly, is focused on those whose sizes are more common and who therefore make a larger share of the market.

Also fatties are more likely to die at a younger age so they don't tend to affect the environment for as long as the rest of us.
