I have to admit that Noel doesn't irritate me all that much. I think he's cleverer than he allows himself to appear; he seems to have realised that he's a just-about-OK guitarist who was part of a band that accidentally became very big.

One could moan about how he's just pandering to lowest-common-denominator Oasis fans... but he owns a big piece of Berkshire and a mansion made of gold on the proceeds, and I don't; fair play to him.

This is a normal post I know Oasis are a bit of a joke, mostly of their own unintentional making...
But wade through the shit and they still had about 3 albums worth of really good stuff.

High Flying Birds have about a quarter album of the same thus far.
