Loved it - *cleeeek* very hard.
I'm sure I've seen the FLC clips before, a couple of years ago or more, but I don't remember seeing the whole thing with all the other weird shit in the second half.
Really lovely. I'd love to know what the concept was and why it came about. And I wish I could place the music.

I've watched the first two.
Unfunny crap trying too hard to be lolrandom. It's not making me want to watch any further. The voices are annoying too. If I'd waited 5 weeks for the work of a professional cartoonist I'd reject them too.
What's so great about them? I don't get it.

The cartoons were never commissioned,
hence they are intentionally awful. The second half of the film is what makes it so great, IMO.

it's really what's going on underneath the surface which makes this so good
a man who's gradually losing his mind through the medium of his work. Seeing as his work is getting more and more distant from the target audience. Plus it's a comment on the atrocity of advertisment.
It got nominated for an Oscar, and rightfully so.

Okay, the world disintegration scene is good.
But the way it's presented makes you think the whole thing is just going to be a series of rubbish vignettes. A 10-minute film shouldn't make you sit through 8 minutes of crap before it gets to the good bit.
