B3TA fixes the world
Moon Monkey says: Turn into Jeremy Clarkson for a moment, and tell us about the things that are so obviously wrong with the world, and how they should be fixed. Extra points for ludicrous over-simplification, blatant mis-representation, and humourous knob-gags.

Prove it!
Everything that isn't provable with at least three empirical examples should be banned from all forms of media. ;-)

Oh I like this.
We should clone Ben Goldacre and have enough of them to read and test every medical, scientific and nutritional claim ever made and only those that pass are allowed into print.
A side benefit would be the end of The Daily Mail and Daily Express too.

How would legal, moral, and philosophical constructs be portrayed?

Er,
With at least three empirical examples?
Legal constructs with three actual case precedents.
Moral ones with three real world examples (either demonstrating the moral proposition, or its absence)
Philosophical ones with (at least) real world analogies.

Personally I was thinking more in terms of tabloid medical claims.
But I see your point.

Pretty much, yeah.
You can talk about it but leave it out of the media (I feel that we're gaining more than we lose with the 'Prove it' Law) Sadly, some sacrifices will have to be made.

If it keeps Brian Cox of the telly,
I guess this could be a winner.

So we need three different photos of Brad Pitt at Starbucks in the tabloids?
And three more of Kim Kardashian hugging some black guy as cheating on her hubby?

Totally agree
As an aside, we have Ben Goldacre at my work today :)
