Judging by some of the posts in this QOTW, b3ta could make an excellent start on fixing the world by removing a fairly large quantity of b3tans from it.
E.g. "light brown bottom feeders", see somewhere below.

Spammers usually get their accounts deleted, and I think there was some kerfuffle over on /talk a few months back where a regular (and by most accounts fucked-up liar) got the hoof.

is lightly wielded by the mods but is is used on a regular basis - mainly in links for blatant spamming
A noob is more likely to be banned than a regular. For a regular, you're more likely to be nawty-stepped and warned before banning.
but there are some sorts of behaviour where the hammer will come crashing down without warning.
