Go to the gym
but then go for a run outdoors. I did that yesterday, it was excellent. Even better if the gym has an outdoor pool for a little swim afterwards.

my gym is on kensington high street
the closest thing to an outdoor pool is the pile of vom from one of the various nightclubs (yes, kensington roof gardens, i'm looking at you).

I found lots of laughs in it.
Mainly, I suppose, because I switch my brain off when I watch a movie. I don't care who directs it or who is in it. If I like it, I like it and I laugh. :D I have no idea who Edgar Wright is, actually.

The thing I don't like about Pegg is that Pegg's fans are always like "I LIKED HIM BEFORE HE EVEN THUNK UP OF 'SPACED' AND YOUR JUST A PRETENDER WHO LIKES HIM BECAUSE OF 'SHAUN OF THE DEAD'"
And he's ruined cornettos for me.

I don't really understand how someone can come to adulthood without trying it, not in this day'n'age.
You live in such a hot yet modern country, I find it strange you've never tried it.
I think you should make some today, you don't have to go shops now, but in the next few hours, before they close. Get yourself some sparkling water, a bag of ice, and some sort of cordial drink.... reduce down the cordial and put the whole lot in a blitzer machine. I don't know if adding fizzy water to a blitzer will make it explode, but you can report back on that one.
I have a sudden urge for Elderflower cordial and fizzy water.

Not to gay for the Shakespearian bits and the acting was good, Hopkins, Portman, Elba etc. Some heavyweights. 4 out of 5.
