I find the "eat less pies" diet works best
Common fucking sense diet is the best.
"Is it fried?"
"It is full of fat?"
"Is it fruit and veg?"

This is basically eat as much as you like, which is why I chose it.
But no sugar at all, low fat, low complex carbs. But you can eat as much none starchy veg and low fat meat as you want.

The basic idea of the diet is to only eat stuff that takes effort for your body to digest
that means that the energy is released slower and so the peaks of energy aren't stored as fat.
Could all be bollocks but I'll let you know in a few weeks if it's working.
