LUNCH!!!
I've just had a tuna surprise sammich and crisps and I'm waiting for my brain to register that I've eaten and I'm no longer hungry. In the meantime I'm still fucking starving.
Alt: Next week I start another period of dieting. How do you stop yourself feeling hungry?

I've got a black eyed bean salad with pickled garlic, tomatoes which I personally dried in the sun myself for authenticity, spring onions and Emmental.

Cut the sarnies out if you're dieting kitten...
Bread is the food of lard-arsed satan.
When I was on a diet, with willpower at maximum, I could've happily poured a bottle of vodka down the sink. However, I found it a real struggle to walk by a slice of bread in the kitchen without going at it like a dog eating hot chips.
Best of luck though!
