Also went for a nice wander along the seafront with the kids and the dog yesterday morning. I like the fact that it takes me 2 mins to walk there now

And, while I like the idea of living near the sea, the reality is fucking freezing weather blowing in off the sea for most of the year plus the likelihood of your house flooding one day.
