Not epi related apparently (they can tell via a blood test to see what certain brain juice levels are to determine that)
Apparently I've got a viral infection(throat, ears, etc.) and a biotic infection (stomach). Combination caused me to keel over. Rather embarrassing. .

I've got to go back later to have some more tests.
