My setUserLockoutOn admincli.jar setting didn't test the response correctlymeaning that should a user already have locked out the system prior to the upgrade we would be unable to setUserLockoutOff again due to the lockout user being the original one, and not the one specified in the upgrade

I've been doing some nasty hardcode hacks in a 15 year old system.object 2.
But now they've done something all mental and it goes object 1-object 2-MORE OBJECTS.
So rather than fuck about too much i've put some hardcoded if 'certain object' GRAB THIS SHIT and display it.
It's all getting re-done in a year or so anyway.

if your lease has a qualified covenant re consenteg not to carry out alterations without the landlord's consent - as opposed to an absolute covenant, ie not to carry out alterations at all - s19 of the landlord and tenant act 1927 will step in with an implied covenant that such consent is not to be unreasonably withheld. this makes it a fully qualified covenant. the parties cannot contract out of this provision.
