£2.50 an ounce

I'd make a fucking fortune if I could get that!

For similar cash, you could have gotten two whole ducks, cut the breasts out yourself and also have two pares of legs !

I bought boned chicken breasts the other week as they were a bit cheaper and you got an extra one.
It was a bit faffy. I'd sooner pay for them prepared.

Taylor's Eyewitness are good.
I mean, if you want high street prices. If you want to go all posh you could always get Sabatier.

I'll wait until we get our extension then I have an excuse for SHARP THINGS

(, Wed 29 Jan 2014, 12:58, Reply)
I was really disappointed with the set of Sabatiers that I got
They don't hold an edge very well
(, Wed 29 Jan 2014, 13:07, Reply)
That was probably it. Or maybe just a sharpener.
That, and I've never filleted anything in my life.

If you're not looking to spend a lot, i've had some Taylor's Eyewitness Colorware ones for about a year and they're great.

(, Wed 29 Jan 2014, 13:38, Reply)
Yeah', that would be a bit of a faff, the savings ain't worth it on them, but you get the skin which is the best bit unless your stirfrying.
I recently discovered boanless chicken thighs, they're a right bargin.
