What are they striking about?

(, Mon 3 Feb 2014, 10:19, 3 replies, latest was 12 years ago)
Just to inconvenience Londoners.
They're all extremely well paid and have an easy job that could done by a machine and as a consequence have completely worry-free lives.
(, Mon 3 Feb 2014, 10:21, Reply)
Pretty much.
During the Olympics they threatened to strike unless they got triple pay.
(, Mon 3 Feb 2014, 10:29, Reply)
They wanted to be paid more for an increased workload?
Disgraceful.
(, Mon 3 Feb 2014, 10:37, Reply)
Wasn't three times the workload though, was it?

(, Mon 3 Feb 2014, 10:43, Reply)
I don't think you understand the principle of negotiation.

(, Mon 3 Feb 2014, 10:47, Reply)
Sure I do.
I don't think you should request triple pay if you're not doing triple the work.
(, Mon 3 Feb 2014, 10:50, Reply)
No, that privilege should be reserved for those in the top 1%

(, Mon 3 Feb 2014, 10:52, Reply)
Why?

(, Mon 3 Feb 2014, 10:53, Reply)
Apparently they have considerably more than 3 times the responsibility than the rest of the workplace.

(, Mon 3 Feb 2014, 10:56, Reply)
If they do, then they should get triple pay, then.
Duh.
(, Mon 3 Feb 2014, 11:01, Reply)
Who have considerably more than 3 times the responsibility than the rest of the workplace.

(, Mon 3 Feb 2014, 10:54, Reply)
No, they don't. They just tell people that.

(, Mon 3 Feb 2014, 10:55, Reply)
I dunno.
A company owner is responsible for the livelihood of the workforce.

If their company folds, that's all the workers out of a job, and potentially their families at risk.

That's quite a lot of responsibility.

They want to drive faster and all passengers to have to raise their arms in the air as if on a rollercoaster for the duration of the journey

(, Mon 3 Feb 2014, 10:21, Reply)
Hahaha

(, Mon 3 Feb 2014, 10:22, Reply)
I vote 100% for this

(, Mon 3 Feb 2014, 10:27, Reply)
It would be excellent. Make the commute much more enjoyable.

All of a sudden there would be bigger seats on the tube for fat women & free hair dye for all.

(, Mon 3 Feb 2014, 10:37, Reply)
Well not really, seeing as he doesn't live in London and doesn't qualify for a vote in the mayoral elections
