my printer jams about 15 times a day
and my computer keeps losing connection to the servers, which drives the outlook reminders crazy, and they ping off one after another. this happens about 15 times a day as well. I HATE COMPUTERS.

You can monitor the health of all machines on the network from virtually and push through updates etc. if users keep ignoring them...
It even has a great sever app that allows you to view users activity and take control of their machine for lulz.
I know this information doesn't support me not working in IT but I dont
