I know you're not all awake and all but just thought I'd say hi and leave you all with a bit of sugary love and fluff for your sunday breakfasts.

And how the devil are you?
You have about 30 minutes to examine yourself carefully and establish precisely how you are while I undertake the S,S & S routine.

very tired though. I worked my first day shift in 8 months today. It was very disconcerting working 5 hours straight without it getting dark.
It was good though! People there were all really friendly and non scary.

I'm Vampyrecat. I'm as ready as they come *narf*

Not kitten. Kitteh!
Oh, and I am at work for 12 hours.
I say "work"....
( , Sun 10 May 2009, 8:28, Reply)

To "Turn a trick" would be for a prostertute to get a job.
( , Sun 10 May 2009, 15:44, Reply)

to "finish things off" so to speak.
i just don't have the energy today, after being up rather late last night. laughing at germans indeed!
( , Sun 10 May 2009, 8:17, Reply)

lol.
I have a feeling it'll be an early night tonight. It's very disconcerting only ever working nights and going home in the dark, then working when it's day time. very odd indeed.
( , Sun 10 May 2009, 8:20, Reply)

Morning B69 - humorous Germans sound good.
VC. Work = pay = reward. If you REALLY play your cards right when you get to Blighty me and B69 might treat you to a proper Northern night out.
As you're young enough to be both of our daughters that's a rather amusing concept!
Morning Carrot chap. Off to work myself in a few minutes.
( , Sun 10 May 2009, 8:37, Reply)

what does that entail exactly?
And.
Am I allowed to chip in??
( , Sun 10 May 2009, 8:39, Reply)

Wearing a flat hat.
Drinking warm, flat beer.
Laughing at a fat man telling mother-in-law jokes.
Eating pickled eggs.
Talking about holidays in Blackpool.
Buying lukewarm, greasy chips on the way home.
Repeat ad-infinitum...
EDIT - No you can't chip in. In fact there are still WMC's in the North that women aren't allowed in. You might have to sit in the car park with a coke and a bag of crisps.
( , Sun 10 May 2009, 8:44, Reply)

done any of that.
except buy lukewarm greasy chips. dousing them with vinegar. mmmmm.
Sounds like a good night out.
So would I have to wear a flat hat?
EDIT: You bastards.
( , Sun 10 May 2009, 8:46, Reply)

And speak in a deep voice we could probably smuggle you in.
You'd have to put up with being addressed as Norman all night though.
( , Sun 10 May 2009, 8:48, Reply)

and that hurts.
Yes I've done it before.
Long story.
( , Sun 10 May 2009, 8:50, Reply)

We'll just pad you out with some foam rubber to make you look morbidly obese.
Then you'd REALLY fit in.
( , Sun 10 May 2009, 8:51, Reply)

I'll let my lesbian tendancies slip out and leer at all the women if that'd help ???
( , Sun 10 May 2009, 8:53, Reply)

1 - The only women tend to be grizzled old hags behind the bar.
2 - For the standard WMC clientelle Lesbians were invented for, and exist solely in the realm of those mucky films that Derek the postman gets.
( , Sun 10 May 2009, 8:57, Reply)

and sorry for not being in contact for a while. My personal life - as you can only guess - goes from one thing to another. Anyway.
I HATE GETTING OLD ! as for some reason I'm completely awake at 6:15 every morning. Like today. So it's now 10:20 and I feel knackered.
Off for a bath, then a long walk, dragging my 12 year old daughter behind me whilst I repeat the mantra "it does you good, it does you good".
( , Sun 10 May 2009, 10:21, Reply)

This weekend has been full of win. On Friday, there was the bash. Yesterday involved me seeing the new Star Trek film and cycling (it's a half-hour bike-ride to the Cinema - shame on the plague of Cinema-closures). And today, I get to eat fluff and love for breakfast. Win!
( , Sun 10 May 2009, 10:55, Reply)

I believe I still owe you a spanking for making my shoes smell of Bert. However, your outstanding display of fluffeh and huggles has made me forget that entirely, and now I shall welcome you to our shores with a pot of tea and a large slice of chocolate cake.
Anyone else for morning tea and cake?
( , Sun 10 May 2009, 10:56, Reply)

when did this happen again? I've had so many runins with bert now they all just blur together :P
/slurps tea happily.
How goes it you fluffy nancy? :P
( , Sun 10 May 2009, 10:58, Reply)

I'm good and feeling as much of a nancy as I ever do. Trying out some suspender tights today. They don't seem too well thought through - too much stretch in the suspender bit. Also considering having spider glads inserted in to my behind so I can make my own silk.
Whats going on with you, you ball of kitteny goodness?
( , Sun 10 May 2009, 11:06, Reply)

yesterday I spent several hours writing up a biology prac due wednesday and got a third job.
Today I had my first shift, and am now very tired. and need hug.

*huggles again, a bit too long* (to steal a phrase from you).
I'm currently writing up my main project report for my college course. 15k words, here I come!
Lets go and sit on the beach instead. Big b3ta picnic and love-in.

I hazn't been on for a while so I thought I shall show my, well not face, but you know what I mean.
I have tea and toast and classic Green Day and gearing up for the Grand Prix so all is well!
( , Sun 10 May 2009, 11:05, Reply)

Should be a good one. Farrari look like they might be back in the game a bit, so there I reckon it will be a good, tight race. Button for the win!
( , Sun 10 May 2009, 11:09, Reply)

I don't particularly want Ferrari to be back on the game to e honest.
It's been fun to see them languishing and then throwing a wobbly and threatening to take their ball home over the proposed budget cap.
( , Sun 10 May 2009, 11:15, Reply)

I would love to see Farrari out of it, and this season has turned the established ordere on it's head, which has been great. But thre more people that are running at the same pace the more it becomes about the drivers skill, and the better it is. I still hope they get entirely whupped.
( , Sun 10 May 2009, 11:18, Reply)

/goes off and comes back with cake in HLT's absence.
/hands out cake.
( , Sun 10 May 2009, 11:21, Reply)

I think Vettel's going to be around and about by the end of the season too. I hope Webber does well too as the poor man just has no luck.
( , Sun 10 May 2009, 11:21, Reply)

There are some great drivers out there, we've just never had a chance to see them because of the differences in cars. Kubica is another one to watch I think - he's going to get faster and faster.
EDIT: *munches on some of VC's cake* Ta muchly!
( , Sun 10 May 2009, 11:25, Reply)

Just got a shit car this year though.
It looks like a bumber crop of very good drivers, not too much dead wood. I don't rate Bourdais, Nakajima or Piquet too highly though.
( , Sun 10 May 2009, 11:31, Reply)

From a girly point of view, Massa.
*sighs*
( , Sun 10 May 2009, 11:33, Reply)

Hello lovely! *flexes*
We're all well aware of your fixation with the pocket Brazilian:)
Miss Tulip likes Button from a racing and attraction perspective.
( , Sun 10 May 2009, 11:39, Reply)

I arm-wrestled a b3tan on Saturday night and won. Perhaps I should start doing some flexing of my own :)
Massa is lovely, but I'll be cheering for Button (and I can see the appeal there too).
( , Sun 10 May 2009, 11:41, Reply)

Who was the B3tan?
And was it a good bash?
I'm still a bit sads we had to leave the Edinbash earlyish to get home.
I can see the appeal as well, in both of them. Have you seen Massa's mum though. She's hawt!
( , Sun 10 May 2009, 11:44, Reply)

Haven't seen Massa's mum! Perhaps he'll take me round for tea sometime...
Oh and the Bash - fucking superb. Ended up at the Electric Ballroom dancing the night away with a large, sexy man. Very fun.

Will be a while before I can afford bashes I think, but going to make it to Morpeth for Ancrenne's birthday. HLT should be settled in a new place by then so she should have a bit more cash for travel and things:)

Somebody please motivate me to go and mow the lawn before it starts raining again...
I've just had my second 10 hours of sleep in a row, with strange dreams, and I feel peculiar. I could happily crawl under the covers and sleep another 10 hours.
( , Sun 10 May 2009, 11:38, Reply)

Get up and mow the lawn!
Or the boogeyman will get you!
*this tactic may only work with children*
( , Sun 10 May 2009, 11:47, Reply)

Here's some motivation for ya. Mowing the lawn will mean the goblins that invade your dreams will no longer have a hiding-place amongst the tall grass.
What sort of strange dreams have you been having?
( , Sun 10 May 2009, 12:03, Reply)

please comment on today's race as your opinion is still important to us despite this.
Tell us, whose fault will everything be today, you whining clunge?
( , Sun 10 May 2009, 12:16, Reply)

I'm amazed someone in a Ferrari hasn't appeared and ran him over yet, true as his comments were.
( , Sun 10 May 2009, 12:47, Reply)

hello poppet!
/huggles and hands a slice of cake.
How are you?
( , Sun 10 May 2009, 12:56, Reply)

I don't think I'm suffering from goblins... still better to be safe than sorry.
Most of my dreams have had plots too convoluted to describe, but one of them had me holding a dove in the palm of my left hand and trying to make it take off, but it couldn't get enough lift. The dove itself had emanated from a shadowy person in the room with me.
I feel a bit overwrought in general at the moment... life has too many stresses in it and I constantly feel under pressure. Also I have had a headache for over a week now and feel congested, think hayfever might have got into my sinuses, so I started taking anti-histamines a couple of days ago. I suspect they might be the cause of the epic sleepathons.
( , Sun 10 May 2009, 12:20, Reply)

*huggles tight and hands an extra large piece of choccy cake*
I'm sorry life's not going your way at the moment.
( , Sun 10 May 2009, 12:28, Reply)

It seems like you're stressed or overwhelmed (or both) at the moment, and this is manifesting itself in your dreams. You might want to do some physical exercise before you tackle the things that are making you stressed. That should be the motivation you need to mow the lawn. In fact, you can try and mow it as quickly as possible - goblins be damned!
I think antihistamines do slow you down. I was given them as a kid when I developed some kind of rash, and when I was taken off them, I went utterly mental. Since then, my parents learned that if I were to come off anti-histamines, it should be done gradually.
Oh, and have a big squeezy * hug *
