Important question of the day
which hand do you prefer using?

I'm ambidextrous so I can do other stuff at the same time.

Right handed
but left-handed when in a supine position
(, Fri 12 Jun 2009, 8:53, Reply)
supine, nice

(, Fri 12 Jun 2009, 8:55, Reply)
"a suprine position"
Pretty good euphemism ^_^
(, Fri 12 Jun 2009, 9:55, Reply)
I prefer using other people's hands to be honest.

(, Fri 12 Jun 2009, 8:55, Reply)
I have to use both
right to hold it, left to solve a rubik's cube
(, Fri 12 Jun 2009, 8:58, Reply)
Always the right hand
I can't do most things with my left hand, I'm a bit of a mong.

Righty for eating
Lefty for wiping bottom. Just so I know which hand to use to shake other peoples...
(, Fri 12 Jun 2009, 9:06, Reply)
I'm sort of left handed
in that I write with my left hand.

However, I do most other things right handed, such as holding cutlery, playing cricket, throwing a ball and using a mouse.

I do however hold a shovel and tie my shoelaces left handed. And hold the paper when wiping my arse.

Most left handers have to be like this
We live in a right handed world.
(, Fri 12 Jun 2009, 14:01, Reply)
Left handed
Like all the best people.
(, Fri 12 Jun 2009, 9:11, Reply)
FREEEEAK

(, Fri 12 Jun 2009, 9:15, Reply)
Yes, all the best people *are* left handed.

(, Fri 12 Jun 2009, 14:01, Reply)
I prefer a dutch rudder myself

(, Fri 12 Jun 2009, 9:14, Reply)
I'm a lefty...
...and always have been. I can write with the right, provided I want to recreate the flowing script of a 3-year-old :)

I do use a mouse right-handed though, and am useless with the left.
(, Fri 12 Jun 2009, 9:15, Reply)
Me too

(, Fri 12 Jun 2009, 14:02, Reply)
Southpaw as well
For pretty much everything.

Another Lefty
My team of 12 people at work has 6 left-handed people, which is statistically freakish. And we're undeniably the bestest team there.

COINCIDENCE? I THINK NOT.
(, Fri 12 Jun 2009, 9:26, Reply)
Right handed
But I used to think my hands had personalities, and the left had a inferiority complex and used to hit my right. As a result if I hit myself or scratch myself, it's usually left hitting right, but not always.

My legs and arms and feet had personalities, too. I was a bit of a strange child.

But I generally throw with my left hand, and do somethings leftily. But I'm mainly righthanded.

You're quite odd really aren't you?
(, Fri 12 Jun 2009, 9:31, Reply)
You only just noticed?
Actually, to be honest, no wonder I'm afraid of losing my mind (completely)
(, Fri 12 Jun 2009, 9:32, Reply)
Nah
You're doing mostly fine so far!
(, Fri 12 Jun 2009, 9:40, Reply)
you people are all freaks
I've been internet-associating with a bunch of freaking left-handers.

no wonder it seems sinister around here....
(, Fri 12 Jun 2009, 9:30, Reply)
Oi!
Don't heap me in with this bunch of freaks!
(, Fri 12 Jun 2009, 9:40, Reply)
Ha Ha Ha.
I got that and laughed out loud. Good one.

I am left handed
but in a special way.

It's dominant in my family and has been for hundreds of years. In the region from which my ancestors hail our surname is a term for left handedness. Not only this, but whereas the spiral staircases in castles always turn in the same direction, to enable easy defence with swords (so you can reach round corners safely whilst retreating), in my family seat the staircase goes the other way due to our inherent lefthandedness.

HOW ABOUT THAT THEN, EH?
(, Fri 12 Jun 2009, 9:40, Reply)
The wife's...

(, Fri 12 Jun 2009, 9:46, Reply)
I'm right handed with most things
But ambidextrous (although favour the left) when using computer mice.
(, Fri 12 Jun 2009, 9:49, Reply)
I'm right handed.
But eat left-handed.

Anyone else find left-handedness a little gauche?
(, Fri 12 Jun 2009, 10:24, Reply)
*spangs!*

(, Fri 12 Jun 2009, 10:47, Reply)
Right for everything except pulling pints
I pulled pints with my right hand for years, so now one of my boobs is slightly firmer than the other.
I have to continue pulling pints with my left hand for the next three years in order to redress the balance.
