on the plus side, am off up to manchester this weekend. but then i have to stop off for a meeting/drinks with a client on the way back on sunday lunchtime, which means i have to use the shitty m1. the m1 does not go anywhere near my side of london. it's shit. and it is always much more full of shitty traffic than the m40. and i can't even drink alcohol because i will be driving on the shitty m1.
