Arggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!
Good, now I've got that off my chest. How are we all this morning?
(, Fri 19 Nov 2010, 8:27, 70 replies, latest was 15 years ago)
Not too bad thank you
Had a surprise visitor last night, and am feeling better for it.

What's up Blousie?
(, Fri 19 Nov 2010, 8:29, Reply)
Nothing much.
Just felt like a scream to clear my head.
(, Fri 19 Nov 2010, 8:33, Reply)
Ah, fair enough
I have a feeling I'll have one of those before the end of the day. I'm awaiting a phone call off the estate agents for my new place, they've had to get a reference off my old Landlord. That seems to be possibly the only thing left to get approval from currently, then I should be able to move in next friday *fingers crossed*
(, Fri 19 Nov 2010, 8:39, Reply)
feeeeeeling fabulous.
need to get up and have a shower, an then some breakfast and then I'm going to go for a long walk in town.
(, Fri 19 Nov 2010, 8:33, Reply)
I prefer long walks on short piers

(, Fri 19 Nov 2010, 8:39, Reply)
emo.

(, Fri 19 Nov 2010, 8:44, Reply)
Fuck, that went wrong
That was meant to say "I'd prefer you to go for "

Ah well
(, Fri 19 Nov 2010, 8:56, Reply)

e ho
(, Fri 19 Nov 2010, 9:11, Reply)
I've mentioned this before
but my sister and fellow b3tan, mrs b3th, once told me when we were children to "Take a short walk on a long pier."
(, Fri 19 Nov 2010, 9:18, Reply)
Haha, oh dear!

(, Fri 19 Nov 2010, 9:21, Reply)
Half and half
all the better for having submitted this PhD application I've been battering my brains over for the past 10 days, not entirely that great for having been texted at gone midnight by the boyf/ex who was angry and upset about something I'd written on here. Well...don't bloody spy on me then!
(, Fri 19 Nov 2010, 8:36, Reply)
I don't see why.
You've said nothing but good things about him.
(, Fri 19 Nov 2010, 8:38, Reply)
He seems to think differently
to be fair, he caught me in a lie as I said one thing to him and then another on here. I shouldn't have lied and I knew it at the time, knew I was wrong and apologised. But still...don't fucking spy on me!
(, Fri 19 Nov 2010, 8:42, Reply)
That reminds me, *changes name around*.

(, Fri 19 Nov 2010, 8:55, Reply)
Is he a b3tan?
If not, tell him to cock off as expicitly as you like.
(, Fri 19 Nov 2010, 8:40, Reply)
No, I don't think he is
he'd just gone back and read nearly a month of my posts.
(, Fri 19 Nov 2010, 8:45, Reply)
Sounds a bit of an arsehole tbh

(, Fri 19 Nov 2010, 9:09, Reply)
He does
But I can see myself doing something similar in all honesty.
(, Fri 19 Nov 2010, 9:15, Reply)
So can I, but I just won't admit it!

(, Fri 19 Nov 2010, 9:22, Reply)
I cannot deny it
If I knew my girly had an online alter ego I admit I couldn't resist having a little peak. Whilst being massively endowed. I have to come clean, my conscience won't allow me to stay silent!
(, Fri 19 Nov 2010, 9:33, Reply)
Once again, proof that a conscience is a bad thing
I'm glad I got rid of mine!
(, Fri 19 Nov 2010, 9:45, Reply)
That's just weird
I know he's a member of numerous forums - fora? - and I just wouldn't. I mean, why would you? I wouldn't read his texts or emails or hack his facebook account, and it more or less is the same thing, except that what I've posted on here is in the public domain, I guess.
(, Fri 19 Nov 2010, 9:59, Reply)
But would you be tempted, and just held back by a sense of decency?
Or would you really rather not know? (If the latter, then you're almost certainly a less jealous and less paranoid person than djtp and me...)
(, Fri 19 Nov 2010, 10:01, Reply)
I suppose if I had cause
to think he was cheating or there was some sort of shenaniganery going on, I might be tempted. But it's highly unlikely that I would. I'm far too placid to be a bunny boiler even when provoked.
(, Fri 19 Nov 2010, 10:04, Reply)
But what about when ravenously hungry?

(, Fri 19 Nov 2010, 10:06, Reply)
Not then, either
there are better ways to cook bunnies than to boil them.
(, Fri 19 Nov 2010, 10:08, Reply)
There is only one thing that turns me into a bunny boiler.
And that's lies.
(, Fri 19 Nov 2010, 10:21, Reply)
:/
I did lie. I told him I was busy with stuff at home and then went out for a drink with someone else. He wouldn't have known this, however, if he hadn't been trawling through weeks and weeks of my posts.
(, Fri 19 Nov 2010, 10:24, Reply)
Naughty berk.
Mind you it was only a little white one. I'm talking big lies.
(, Fri 19 Nov 2010, 10:28, Reply)
Now I think about it, my last but one ex was always on
a music forum and I didn't look at her stuff (even though she looked at mine on b3ta). I suppose ultimately I just wanted to share my massive endowment.
(, Fri 19 Nov 2010, 10:03, Reply)
Me too
If he's upset this isn't surprising behaviour.
(, Fri 19 Nov 2010, 9:22, Reply)
Well if he's poorly endowed
he should be blaming his parents not you. That was what you said the problem was right?
(, Fri 19 Nov 2010, 8:47, Reply)
Hehe no
there were no problems in that particular arena. I told him I had stuff to do at home and then went out for a drink with a friend.
(, Fri 19 Nov 2010, 8:50, Reply)
It's probably bad of me, but
I like this.
(, Fri 19 Nov 2010, 9:12, Reply)
Woo! for PhD application
And antiWoo for being stalked...I fear you may not be alone in this respect as our head-of-division sent an email round yesterday about internet confidentiality on twatter, facebook etc with the overall message of "think before you post." Now I've no reason to suspect he's found b3ta and linked this account back to me, but it's got me watching my back a little more than usual.
(, Fri 19 Nov 2010, 9:57, Reply)
Antiwoo eh?
Ah well, it only lasts a fraction of a second apparently...
It's just so wholly unpleasant having to think 'oh well, I'd better not say that in case he's checking up on me and it upsets him' - I ought to be able to say what I like and for him not to be damn well eavesdropping, but I still care enough not to want to hurt him any more than I already have done.
(, Fri 19 Nov 2010, 10:11, Reply)
I wish other people thought like you.

(, Fri 19 Nov 2010, 10:13, Reply)
Play him at his own game
Borrow someone's sockpuppet account for a couple of weeks and post whatever you would normally; log back in as berk occasionally to post something like "Oh, I feel bad, I didn't mean to hurt him but it wasn't working" and just keep up the pretence until he stops paying attention.
(, Fri 19 Nov 2010, 10:14, Reply)
I can't be arsed
and I shouldn't have to. If he continues to read my posts however I may consider it.
(, Fri 19 Nov 2010, 10:18, Reply)
You're right, you shouldn't have to
But similarly you shouldn't have to miss out on the joy of talking to all your internet-weirdo-chums just because of his petty paranoia.
(, Fri 19 Nov 2010, 10:29, Reply)
Or you could just type the following
Fuck off and grow up you fucking knobber.
(, Fri 19 Nov 2010, 10:47, Reply)
Ha! This is also a viable option

(, Fri 19 Nov 2010, 10:55, Reply)
The only option I think
I'm assuming that berk's chap is over 12 years old and hence should be able to MTFU
(, Fri 19 Nov 2010, 10:56, Reply)
Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaargh!
Yes this is fun.
(, Fri 19 Nov 2010, 8:46, Reply)
Good innit?

(, Fri 19 Nov 2010, 9:06, Reply)
Yeeeeeeeeees!

(, Fri 19 Nov 2010, 9:14, Reply)
*tries it*
AaaaaaaaaaaAaaaArrrghh.

Nope. It's done nothing for me save, make me feel a trifle foolish.
(, Fri 19 Nov 2010, 9:16, Reply)
Muh-ha-ha-ha-ha
You have fallen for our fiendish plan Mr Bondyce
(, Fri 19 Nov 2010, 9:21, Reply)
You have to release your inner child Monty.
And I don't mean the ones you lock in the attic.
(, Fri 19 Nov 2010, 9:22, Reply)
They're not so much his inner child
as he is their inner adult.
(, Fri 19 Nov 2010, 9:35, Reply)
I'm getting really OH WOE IS ME about my OH WOE IS ME guts.
There is nothing I can do about it though, no amount of will or money or love or wishing will fix it, absolutly nothing at all.

It's seriously fucking up my life big time, which sucks, completely.

I might ask them if I can reduce my wage in exchange for working 4 days a week, or even better, some sort of 'work from home two days a week' thing. I'm really good and they really like me, from what I gather, so maybe there is some sort of compromise.
(, Fri 19 Nov 2010, 8:51, Reply)
Sorry to hear that Gonz.
You can't help having dicky guts.
(, Fri 19 Nov 2010, 9:07, Reply)
Thanks =)
I'm going to the doctors in a bit, maybe they can do something to make me in a possition where I can get into work properly.

I donno what exactly, but maybe hopefully.
(, Fri 19 Nov 2010, 9:15, Reply)
Not too bad thanks.
Looking forward to seeing my daughter tomorrow, evening avec Lusters (I'm thinking a possible Tayyabs venture) and then Sunday morning I am off to Winchester for a family lunch to celebrate my brother's 40th. Much jollity will undoubtedly ensue and my brother-in-law's providing the starters and nibbles and he was on Masterchef so the food and wine should be excellent, too.

In other news, Hendrix Night was a roaring success. My mind has been blown by what I've heard and there are four CD's worth of material I have to digest. I'm like a child in a sweet shop.
(, Fri 19 Nov 2010, 9:10, Reply)
Be careful you don't get phat.

(, Fri 19 Nov 2010, 9:23, Reply)
2/10 see me.

(, Fri 19 Nov 2010, 9:39, Reply)
Harsh scoring
I thought it worthy of at least a 5
(, Fri 19 Nov 2010, 9:50, Reply)
Thank you SC.
I should get as least a 5/10 for knowing what phat means.
(, Fri 19 Nov 2010, 10:16, Reply)
I'm mixed.
I'm two parts proud Dad, having spent last night watching my daughter win the "Excellent Work In English" award for her school year.

And one part utterly bored and demotivated at work.
(, Fri 19 Nov 2010, 9:27, Reply)
Woo! for daughter.

(, Fri 19 Nov 2010, 9:29, Reply)
Thanks, it came as something of a suprise as she's not the most confident nor a generally outstanding student.
But she has imagination and, luckily, an English teacher keen to encourage it.
(, Fri 19 Nov 2010, 9:32, Reply)
Second Woo! for daughter
...she doesn't fancy putting this to good use and writing a thesis for me, does she?
(, Fri 19 Nov 2010, 9:54, Reply)
Thank you.
Her writing tends to of a more "fanciful" type. I can't guarantee that a three toed sloth with a pink mohican wont turn up and eat buildings in the middle of the thesis.
(, Fri 19 Nov 2010, 10:04, Reply)
This would be wonderful!

(, Fri 19 Nov 2010, 10:05, Reply)
Quite, it's already more exciting than any of the bollocks I've written so far...

(, Fri 19 Nov 2010, 10:07, Reply)
I feel this week should end with
NYARRRRRGGHHHHHH!!!

You are right, it does feel better!
(, Fri 19 Nov 2010, 9:32, Reply)
I only speak the truth.
In all things apart from my weight.
(, Fri 19 Nov 2010, 9:41, Reply)
And lo, she has spoken

(, Fri 19 Nov 2010, 9:42, Reply)
Perfectly fine while horizontal.
In a fair bit of pain when perpendicular. I'm not quite ready for vertical yet.
(, Fri 19 Nov 2010, 10:05, Reply)
Hernia playing up again?
