a) it makes me look an utter spastic and
b) I got a gaz saying I am no longer allowed to pay for stuff like meals out which hurts. I like to do that shit, I consider it proper conduct for a gentleman.

Being in debt doesnt make you look a spaz
Not sorting anything out does!

Pay anyway - a meal or two isn't gonna make much difference

I shall. I insist.

Well do occasionally
not everytime

(, Fri 26 Nov 2010, 14:36, Reply)
I think he's getting rogered.

(, Fri 26 Nov 2010, 14:47, Reply)
she's so good for you
I love her.
(, Fri 26 Nov 2010, 14:27, Reply)
I feel your pain old chap
not being able to act correctly hurts even worse than merely being skint
(, Fri 26 Nov 2010, 14:28, Reply)
She sounds like a keeper Monts.
When the going gets better, I'm sure she'll allow you to spoil her rotten.
(, Fri 26 Nov 2010, 14:28, Reply)
ha ha, you're such a retard
Debts aren't something to be ashamed of. Nearly everyone's got them and you're not born or taught at school how to deal with them.
If you need any help let me know, if there's one thing I'm good at it's maths and spreadsheets.
(, Fri 26 Nov 2010, 14:28, Reply)
apparently they've started adding it to the curriculum,
explaining to kids about the dangers of credit cards and stuff, which is a good idea.
(, Fri 26 Nov 2010, 14:30, Reply)
Yeah but they didn't have computers when Monty went to school.

(, Fri 26 Nov 2010, 14:31, Reply)
Initially they didn't, actually.
I remember when my primary school acquired a single computer, the year before I left.
(, Fri 26 Nov 2010, 14:44, Reply)
I had BBC micros at my primary school
which is basically the same thing as no computer.
(, Fri 26 Nov 2010, 14:48, Reply)
mine too!
a 386 if I remember rightly.
(, Fri 26 Nov 2010, 14:58, Reply)
we had lessons at school about that
it was called "responsible living" and it replaced swimming on the curriculum when we were about 13. we were taught all about credit cards, prejudice, contraception, housekeeping and bill payments....

also, from memory, you had to be a married teacher to be able to teach the course, which is pretty fucking prejudiced when you come to think about it!
(, Fri 26 Nov 2010, 14:33, Reply)
I went to an all-boys grammar school
We had a lesson on solving cryptic crosswords. No joke.
(, Fri 26 Nov 2010, 14:43, Reply)
we have to do it for tutorials
mostly the kids don't listen and we let them just get on with other work
(, Fri 26 Nov 2010, 14:44, Reply)
one lesson that did work
was biology. Being made to watch a birth at the age of 11, has amongst other factors directly contributed in me never ever wanting to have children
(, Fri 26 Nov 2010, 14:47, Reply)
YES AND ME!!!!!
fuck me that is literally the most memorable lesson ever.

i didn't realise there would be blood until i saw that.
(, Fri 26 Nov 2010, 14:48, Reply)
what I didn't get
was how everyone else could sit there and watch it without burying their face in their arms!
(, Fri 26 Nov 2010, 14:51, Reply)
Thank you

(, Fri 26 Nov 2010, 14:43, Reply)
I just realized you mean girlfriend and not ex girlfriend.
Aw bless her!
(, Fri 26 Nov 2010, 14:29, Reply)
The idea
of my ex not letting me pay for stuff has fucking cracked me up.
(, Fri 26 Nov 2010, 14:30, Reply)
I know : )
I was getting confused.

In my defense I'm hungover and a bit old.
(, Fri 26 Nov 2010, 14:32, Reply)
I think if Monty's ex read b3ta
his debts may be the least of his worries
(, Fri 26 Nov 2010, 14:30, Reply)
My severed testicles
would be slightly higher up the list.
(, Fri 26 Nov 2010, 14:39, Reply)
On the plus side, Monts
It's highly likely that the Government's going to have to inflate their way out of the recession. Bad news for sensible people with savings. Excellent news for people with debt.
