I like a lot of their stuff
but the girls that work in their shop nearest me are really snotty bints.

Go in there and place a turd on the counter then say,
"There, now you have something to stick your nose up at".

If they kept the same mailman to the same route for even a month it might be a half decent service
(, Thu 14 May 2009, 13:23, archived)
I've just applied for a job with them
so the service will improve DRAMATICALLY.
If they hire me, that is. Otherwise it'll stay shit.

I got sucked in by the cheap deals etc, I have never had so much trouble with any other company.
Now back with Vodafone who are only slightly better.
(, Thu 14 May 2009, 13:22, archived)

They ripped me off for months until I could cancel my contract, then started harrassing me when I cancelled it.

Orange.
Customer service is just shite. I write to the CEO now whenever I have a problem as that's the only way it gets sorted.
(, Thu 14 May 2009, 13:25, archived)
Orange is the only company who I have always had excellent customer service from
They are always very helpful to me.
(, Thu 14 May 2009, 13:27, archived)
Not for me.
They fucked me over by telling me I had free unlimited texts. When my bill came through, they had been charging me.
Complained to them, they apologised but said they could do nothing. Told me I'd have free texts as of next month.

Did I fuck.

They refused to waiver or discount my bill and as I was unemployed at the time, it really fucked me over with my bank.

Wrote to the CEO, three days later they gave me £200 for the bills and free texts.
(, Thu 14 May 2009, 13:33, archived)
