I find people like that odd.
My dad's local seems to be full of them. I often go up to see him on a Friday, and there is always a table or two of people with a few empty glasses and maybe one bloke with a full pint. I think the round is dead outside of working class lads drinking. Office bods seem to just buy their own and see no need to keep up with the round.

"Toad's English name appears to have been inspired by the word "toadstool", a word used to describe mushrooms including those featuring umbrella-like cap-and-stem form characteristics which Toad's design portrays along with the character's general resemblance to a mushroom. Toad's Japanese name "Kinopio" appears to be a mixture of the Japanese word for mushroom ("kinoko") and the Japanese name for the character Pinocchio ("Pinokio") which both roughly blend together to form the meaning of "a real mushroom boy" (as evidenced through Pinocchio's desire to become a real boy in his own tale)."

Train of thought
A guy at work got a letter from Ben Dover Productions, threatening to take him to court if he doesn't stop illegally downloading his films.
A couple of thoughts occur: One, why is he downloading porn, when he can just watch it online; two, why would he admit this to a co-worker?

On the one hand, a lot of people act like nitpicky eejits when househunting.
On the other hand, I was one of those people when I was looking for my old house. I wouldn't have made a fuss about wanting a bath rather than a shower if there'd been room to put a bath in, though. That's just thick.

We ripped the bath out in the first place because we wanted more space
So a bath would fit in there. I get that people want to be picky...god knows *I* will be. It's an important decision. But the reasons these people are giving are just ridiculous.

Yeah.
My old place used to have a bath but the previous owners ripped it out because the woman was on the verge of having to use a wheelchair and she couldn't get in and out of it any more (they had all the doorways specially widened for the same reason, which was actually kind of handy).
I turned down an otherwise nice place with a lovely garden because the roof sloped too severely and basically halved the size of all the upstairs rooms. Fitting a bath is a relatively easy DIY project; changing the slant of the roof is not.

Definitely
If you've got a budget, you have to consider how much this sort of work will cost.

I haven't had a bath in years. My last gaff had one but I never got round to using it in the 2 years I lived there.

I reckon I could count on the fingers of one hand
the number of times I used the bath in my old place in the seven years I lived there. I secretly suspect baths are a girl thing.

It just seems like a long time to be staring at the ceiling and doing nothing.
The 'more fun' girl version probably includes candles, bubble bath and fapping.

Yeah and cleaning a bath is somehow even less enjoyable than cleaning the bog.

To be fair if I was having a bath I'd take my minirig in to listen to the radio or music.

Yet he refuses to pay a TV licence because 'there's no way I'm paying for that shit'.
I think he should pay double.

I know this, because I had to remove them to fit a square of carpet.
