But having horses lurking there in plain sight?
2/10, frankly ;-)

While London Bashes are fun for most they generally are a stupid amount of work and stress for myself:P

Last time we had about 15-20 to the BBQ. This time I forked out for the same and we had about five:P
I've got the raffle money off today to the CST which was £120. It wouldn't have been much more unless Happytoast had the amazing idea of the auction.
As a result we're almost at the £1000 mark (included the extra donations that people have given over their bids).
I am completely gobsmacked my the generosity of people.
The highlight of the day for me was when Kerry won the framed Nina print in the raffle. I think everyone else were in the same place too from the tumultuous appause.
EDIT: I should point out to anyone reading that most charities £1000 would mean about 400-600 quid actually going to the cause. With the CST they have no posh headoffice in Oxford Street(they have an office over a barn) and no staffing costs as Dr. Moore works for free and has eight full time volenteers who work for free and live on site.
So out of the £1000s a £1000 will do to conservation, breeding projects or just feeding the cats that they've saved from zoos of private collections.

our total is now just pushing 1k. I've got onto the CST to get them to sort their act out and finalise the details for paypal.
