That's all fine and good...
But get a toothbrush on that keyboard.

It's there, but you squeeze, shuffle, drop your pants, spin around then the menu comes up.
It's how jobbs got arse cancer.

alt is to the left of command
or it is on my keyboard
and the right mouse button is exactly where it is on every other mouse, unless you're daft enough to get one of the old-style apple mice, which suck big donkey balls
but the last Mac laptop I used had only one button on the touchpad and a french keyboard layout, drove me bonkers!

haha
the french keyboard layout would be the most horrific for me. the mouse thing's no real problem, you can plug in any old usb mouse, or hold the command button when you click to get a right-mouse click. (these days you tap with two fingers on the pad, but something tells me this laptop was a bit old for that kind of trick.)
what pisses me off is that the "british" keyboard layout isn't. what also pisses me off is when you're using the "british" keyboard layout, getting in # can be tricky. it's alt+3, but not all programs like that. i'm getting quite irritated when i'm programming and the editor refuses to put in a #. FUCK YOU STEVE.
