the original looks more like the statue (more angular features) but the second one looks closer to the correct dimensions (5.35m from chin to base of crown/viewing window)

As if there was another bomber the crowds of people on the streets if he picked the right crossing or bottle neck he could wipe out hundreds, at least on a bus the explosion would be slightly contained and limit the amount of casualties.
